Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota will discuss some of the concepts that underlie substitute decision-making. This session will help caregivers to better understand the roles of power of attorney, guardianship, and conservatorship.

This event will also include 30 minutes of social time for caregivers to connect and benefit from the experience, skills, and wisdom of other caregivers.
