Help raise epilepsy awareness across MN and Eastern ND through creative expression.  Submissions for Epilogues and Brainstorms are always welcome, as well as locations to exhibit various creative pieces.

The Epilepsy Art Program


 

EFMN’s Art Program is part of a national effort.  This 8 week program is designed to bring people with seizures together to express themselves through creative modes while also connecting with others.  Throughout the weeks various art projects will be led by trained art therapists.  Finished projects are available to take home by individual or be submitted to EFMN Creative Arts programs. Click here for more information about the national program.

Studio E 2018:

SPRING SESSION: Studio E Art Program
Adults and youth ages 9 and up are welcome to register for EFMN's 2018 Art Program! (Youth must be accompanied by parent or adult chaperone.) Must be able to attend 6 out of the 8 sessions to register.

FALL SESSION: Studio E - Art Program for Adults 
*new this year: 
Enjoy a six week art program for adults with epilepsy and their family & friends. Work with art therapists and teachers to create artistic pieces using a variety of media (painting, sketching, collaging and sculpting etc...) Strengthen your artistic voice in an open and welcoming environment.

Brainstorms


 

 This art collection features over 150 pieces and the collection travels throughout MN and eastern ND. Artwork must be mailed or dropped off at EFMN.

This art collection features over 150 pieces and pieces travels throughout MN and eastern ND to help create epilepsy awareness and inspire those it reaches. 

We are always looking for new places to exhibit Brainstorms pieces!  Past exhibit locations have included libraries, business and organizations, diners, art spaces, universities, and many more.  For more information on scheduling an exhibit, please contact EFMN at 800.779.0777, ext. 2310.

Epilogues


 

This writing program is open to anyone affected by epilepsy and/or seizure disorder.  Sharing your experiences, insights and journey with epilepsy is powerful and can have a strong impact on not only others affected by seizures but also the community as a whole.  These submissions may be read or framed for display.  View past published works of the Epilogues booksFor information, click here.
